Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term vision
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record launching minimum 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
