Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototype solutions for quantum/AI convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in future-focused domains
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products/services targeting 2025+ markets
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution or future scenarios
