Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce strategic whitepapers and innovation frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for futuristic concepts including metaverse integration and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track adoption trajectories
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation consulting or product strategy at tech-forward companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI implications, and neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
