Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Project roadmap, integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers to prototype human-AI collaborative systems
- Secure and manage $10M+ R&D budgets through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA
- Present breakthrough findings at global forums (World Economic Forum, CES) and publish in Nature/Science
- Drive ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with human values and societal benefit
- Mentor junior talent through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to shape future AI governance policies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading $5M+ R&D initiatives with measurable commercial impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic engineering, or generative adversarial networks
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, IEEE Quantum)
