- Implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Certification in AWS Braket or IBM Quantum Experience
- Demonstrated experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints
