Responsibilities

- Develop scalable quantum neural networks with 10+ qubit coherence
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip-AI interface architectures
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies with legal team
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum computing principles and AI integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI systems with error correction
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI journals (e.g., Quantum Information & Computation)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Strong background in Bayesian neural networks and quantum error mitigation
- Patent portfolio or demonstrable commercial quantum-AI applications
