Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 industry benchmarks
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum circuits with <10-12 error rates
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum architectures
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (Q#, Qiskit Terra)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Track record of leading enterprise quantum projects
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
