Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid infrastructure supporting 2026 computational milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error-correction frameworks
- Architect cryogenic systems supporting 1000+ qubit coherence
- Optimize quantum-classical interfaces for real-time industrial applications
- Drive innovation in quantum networking protocols
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Lead vendor partnerships for emerging quantum hardware
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems
- Deep knowledge of cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum hardware or algorithms
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
