Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor competitor landscapes and emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or strategic planning
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, sustainable energy)
