Responsibilities

- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern AI-driven platforms, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and model governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing and neural networks to inform architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in cloud architecture or AI engineering are highly preferred.
