Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 50+ global sources to identify disruptive technologies
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Author executive briefings on emerging regulatory frameworks and ethical implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic adaptation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruption (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
