- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for cross-functional leadership teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Lead the development of 'Future Proof' resilience strategies for organizational assets
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating complex trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic forecasting projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
