Responsibilities
- Analyze multi-dimensional data streams (quantum, climate, social, economic) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating AI regulation, space colonization, and post-scarcity economics
- Lead cross-functional 'future-design sprints' with C-suite executives to prototype 2026-ready business models
- Author white papers and policy briefs on ethical AI deployment, biotechnology governance, and metaverse interoperability
- Curate global 'Future Council' summits connecting Silicon Valley, Brussels policy makers, and emerging market innovators
- Drive commercialization of frontier technologies through strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and quantum computing startups
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Complexity Science, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or government innovation labs
- Published work on exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep expertise in scenario modeling using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method, or causal layered analysis
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy projects with measurable economic impact >$50M
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling language (Python/R) and simulation platforms (AnyLogic/NetLogo)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (APF or WFS) required
