Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Establish industry partnerships with innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodologies
- Present foresight findings at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE/HBR)
- Advanced degree in technology, futurism, or related field
