Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Impact Reports analyzing technological, environmental, and societal megatrends
- Design strategic frameworks for AI integration, sustainable infrastructure, and workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on 2026 innovation priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for future-focused research
- Create scenario-planning models for quantum adoption, climate resilience, and ethical AI governance
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or other recognized institutions)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or research initiatives
