- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and design teams
- Quantify market readiness gaps and create implementation roadmaps for emerging tech
- Establish KPIs to track evolution of future-critical capabilities (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems modeling, and scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI pathways)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
