Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks aligned with 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to pioneer next-gen business models
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on emerging risks/opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic readiness for 2026 transition phases
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing successful 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent professional designation
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
