- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption

- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership for industry influence
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or industry disruption
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
