Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience translating abstract futures into executable business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through future narratives
