Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or tech innovation
- PhD in Futures Studies or related field
- Published research on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record with Fortune 500 transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP)
- Deep knowledge of climate tech policy
- Experience with DARPA/NASA projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (advantageous)
