Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Author annual 2026 Horizon Report with data-driven trend analysis and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation opportunities aligned with future market demands
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and organizational agility
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning publications
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
