Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends in AI, quantum systems, and synthetic biology
- Produce strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into product development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state objectives
- Represent Nexus Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proofing technologies and ethical implementation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate 2026-era startup opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Experience with Delphi methods, SWOT analysis, and trend extrapolation tools
