Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, quantum computing) and forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic scenario models for 5-10 year business transformation
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing operations and innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to identify emerging technology investment opportunities
- Design sustainability frameworks aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite strategic recommendations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with sustainability frameworks and ESG metrics
