Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with data-driven trend analysis and impact assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Design and maintain a comprehensive technology ecosystem roadmap for 2026 readiness
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry prediction summits
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, FPFS preferred)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor committees
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
