- Partner with product teams to commercialize future-ready innovations
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with global R&D centers
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, biotech, space tech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
