Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author seminal '2026 Impact Briefs' published in industry white papers and global forums
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in energy, healthcare, and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire emerging future-shaping startups
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of validated forecasts required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional visualization skills for communicating complex future states
