Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight scenarios using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce annual '2026 Impact Reports' quantifying emerging technology disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and innovation thought leaders
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience developing multi-year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
