Responsibilities
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Identify and quantify emerging risks/opportunities in quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-convergence
- Design predictive models for socioeconomic disruptions driven by exponential technologies
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend briefs, innovation roadmaps, and executive reports
- Represent Horizon at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
