- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge innovation scouting
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and trend strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
