- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent FutureTech at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
