Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year foresight scenarios for 2026-2030 using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, ethics, and product teams
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including neural interfaces and synthetic biology
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate future-focused workshops with external futurists and academic partners
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological disruptions to identify opportunities
- Build predictive models for societal adoption of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record influencing organizational strategy at executive level
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical and philosophical concepts
