Responsibilities
- Forecast macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends through 2026 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to mitigate disruption risks in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational silos
- Present strategic briefings to the board and executive leadership quarterly
- Pioneer AI-driven trend analysis tools in partnership with our data science division
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
