Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop adaptive strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications and present insights to executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate hypotheses
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing quantitative/qualitative forecasting models
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic pivots
