Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, climate tech, and space exploration
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into actionable product development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for tracking the evolution of future technologies and market adoption curves
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, or Systems Dynamics
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology adoption strategies
