Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 5-10 year strategic vision aligned with technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze disruptive forces (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop mitigation/opportunity frameworks
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution metrics
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms and industry disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to integrate horizon scanning into product roadmaps
- Develop scenario planning models for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of successfully mapping future trends to business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
