Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Quantum Computing, or AI Ethics
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or equivalent tier
- Expertise in blockchain, neurotech, and climate-tech convergence
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding for speculative R&D
- Deep knowledge of ISO 20700 foresight standards
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
