As a key member of our Global Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to navigate the complex convergence of AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure. You'll pioneer methodologies for scenario planning and risk mitigation while shaping organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks by analyzing emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic indicators
- Create scenario-plaking models for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and resource scarcity
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state visions
- Produce annual Horizon Scan reports identifying disruptive opportunities and threats
- Advise executive team on future-proofing investments and R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs for tracking progress toward 2030 sustainability and innovation targets
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy planning
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in scenario planning or futures forecasting preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate abstract futures into compelling narratives
- Experience working with C-suite executives in fast-evolving industries
