- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
