Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using AI-powered analytics platforms
- Architect multi-generational innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year time horizons
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain expert networks with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI analytics
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic decisions
