- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders and external thought partners
- Identify emerging technology inflection points and market disruption vectors
- Produce trend reports and horizon scanning briefings for board-level decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term organizational vision
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and future-focused research consortia
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
