Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and execute innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) on future-of-work implications
- Collaborate with R&D to de-risk long-term technology investments
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or future scenarios
- Experience facilitating cross-disciplinary workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
