- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging tech investments (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Build executive dashboards tracking future disruptors and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
