Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, space tech) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product requirements and R&D priorities
- Mentor junior innovation teams on future-oriented methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
