Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to guide R&D investments and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports on next-generation industry disruptors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and innovation pioneers
- Translate complex future concepts into executable product roadmaps and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful market strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and system dynamics modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
