Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models for 2026 technological adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emergent market opportunities
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI-human interfaces
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and other future-focused forums
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technology impacts (peer-reviewed)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into commercial products
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 accurate technology predictions
