- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 5+ year horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof initiatives
- Publish white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and scenario modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Global network of futurists and technologists
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
