Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and executive scenario planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Champion innovation labs prototyping solutions for next-gen challenges (AI ethics, climate adaptation, quantum applications)
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Deep familiarity with emerging tech domains (AGI, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary innovation teams
