- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovations into product development pipelines
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical tech practices and sustainability principles in all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Proven track record launching market-defining products with 2020-2025 foresight
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and venture capital partnerships
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or equivalent
