Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in product development and operations
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L
- Strong portfolio of patents or published research in tech innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
