Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technology adoption and market evolution through 2026
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports identifying emerging disruptors across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting long-term business trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
